With this, the Company has always been able to monitor its score in real time and act quickly to solve any costumer dissatisfaction.

It’ no wonder, in June of 2024, Smart Fit’s brand health in Latin America has reached a mark above 90 points (considering the scale from 0 to 100), best performance ever!

In 2023, 47% of all Google searches for fitness services included our brand names, highlighting our leadership in awareness and online searches.

In 2024, the Company was recognized with several prestigious awards. In April, it was named ‘Best of São Paulo’ by Folha de S.Paulo and featured on Grupo Amanhã’s ‘Top of Mind and Love Brands’ list. Also in April, Veja Magazine included the Company among ‘The 100 Most Influential Companies in Brazil’. Additionally, in March, the Company was recognized in the ‘Most Beloved’ category by Veja Rio. These awards reflect the Company’s strong influence and brand recognition among the public.
